BHome Interiors: Who We Are and What We Do

As mother daughter co-owners of a small business, we get asked all the time: “how do you guys work together??” We get it, working with family can seem like a crazy idea to most, but we’ve found a way to turn our dream into a business together!

So, how did BHome start and why home staging? We officially started in 2021 but in reality BHome started many years before. I worked for an Atlanta home staging company from 2006-2010 and then worked for agents doing pre-listing consultations for a few years afterwards on my own. I had always had a ‘good eye’ when it came to interior design and remodeling, plus my parents were “flippers” intown Atlanta before it was even a thing. It was a natural fit for me! I stopped to work on some projects in my own home and then went to work at the sweetest preschool. (my degree is in education) When my teaching partner retired in the summer of 2020, the preschool was looking for an assistant and Annalise had just graduated from Georgia State. She got her degree in marketing, but was unsure of what she wanted to do and it was a weird time to graduate to say the least. She agreed to be the teaching assistant with me in the meantime and what a silver lining that was!!! We were blessed with the most amazing class of 14 three year olds and realized we actually worked really well together! The idea of BHome Interiors began in those months of teaching and we both left the preschool to take on the dream..

We both got expert level staging certification through the accredited Staging Studio course. It was an amazing course and really gave us the confidence to take this dream to the next level. Since then we’ve grown to a full service staging business and about a year ago, we made the jump to rent out a 3,500 sq ft warehouse to accommodate for our growing inventory. Bob, my husband, works across the street at his own space and is able to help us out as the “warehouse manager” accepting deliveries, putting away any furniture for jobs, and building organizational/storage solutions. He is a life saver and it’s turned into a real family affair! There are certain things that help us run our business smoother, such as using our fabulous business coach, but at the end of the day we are truly best friends and family who get to work together to help home sellers and listing agents across Atlanta stage their home to sell and couldn’t love it more!

We are a full service home staging company serving metro Atlanta, primarily the northern suburbs such as Marietta, Smyrna and Roswell. Whether your home is vacant or occupied, we are here to help you attract home buyers and sell your home fast and for the most money!

If you plan to live in your home while it’s on the market, then a pre listing staging consultation is for you! We come to your home for 1-2 hours to review each room with an emphasis on the key selling areas. At the end we will send you a detailed report with suggested editing, furniture placement and cosmetic improvement advice to stand out to buyers. We understand selling and moving your home can be an overwhelming process, so we are here to help you decide what is most important to do to prepare your home for listing. Read more about our staging consultation service here. If your home will be empty while it’s on the market, don’t leave it that way! We have a warehouse full of inventory to stage your home that will attract more buyers both online and in person. During the vacant staging process, we install and style the main rooms in your home and then move everything out (destage) once the home is under contract and through contingencies. Check out one of our vacant staging success stories here.

Still not convinced staging is worth it? Here are some 2023 staging statistics worth taking a look at. You may not realize how much money you could be leaving on the table by not investing in our services!

We could have never imagined that we would be where we are together if you had asked us this a couple years ago, but we are so thankful for our clients, community and each other! If you ever have any staging questions, we are here to answer so don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Stage home. Sell home. Be home!
