Let me start by describing our Staging Consultations (or pre-listing prep). We visit the property and take video, pictures, and notes as we walk through the home. This is usually a 1-2 hour appointment. The last 15-20 minutes we meet with the homeowner to go over some highlights and get an idea of how invested they are in the process of getting the home “listing ready.” We have found this to be an important step in fostering the best rapport with sellers and getting them to actually follow through with our suggestions. After our visit at the property, we prepare a detailed report of edits and suggestions for highlighting all the best features of the home and downplaying less desirable ones.
